Water-resistant tree mother granules

Chemical cross-linked water-resistant masterbatch is made from low-density polyethylene and elastomers as the main raw materials, with the addition of polar polymer materials, compatibilizers, etc. It is produced through processes such as mixing, plasticizing, drawing and pelletizing, and dehydration and drying. It is mainly applicable to the production and preparation of chemically cross-linked polyethylene water-resistant insulating materials of 35kV and below.

Application process reference

It is recommended that the temperature of the extruder body be between 110℃ and 120℃. Neck temperature: 115℃ Nose temperature: 115℃. The above are the recommended temperatures. Adjust them according to the actual plasticizing conditions.

Packaging and storage

The product is packed in a waterproof and dustproof PE inner bag, supplemented by a hard corrugated box for shaping and protection, and then covered with a waterproof film cover. The weight can be customized according to customer requirements

It should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated environment, with an appropriate storage temperature ranging from 0℃ to 35℃.

3. The stacking height should not exceed two layers, and the upper and lower layers should be neatly stacked. It is not advisable to stack them in a staggered manner.

The validity period is 6 months under suitable storage conditions.
