Environmentally friendly color masterbatch

This product is made by using polyethylene as the carrier, and after the colorants and other materials are mixed through a high-speed mixer, they are extruded and granulated. This color masterbatch has significant advantages such as high concentration, good dispersibility and cleanliness during the application and processing. It is mainly applied to the color separation of silane cross-linked polyethylene insulating materials, silane cross-linked low smoke zero halogen flame-retardant polyolefin materials, low smoke zero halogen flame-retardant polyolefin materials, chemical cross-linked polyethylene insulating materials, etc. Or directly add the corresponding polymer cable material evenly when discharging during the core manufacturing process of the cable enterprise.

Packaging and storage

The product is packaged in double layers. The inner bag is a PE film bag and the outer packaging is a kraft paper bag, with each bag weighing 25 kilograms. In addition, moisture-proof aluminum foil bags can be used for small package packaging according to customer requirements.

It should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated environment, with an appropriate storage temperature ranging from 0℃ to 35℃.

The validity period is 12 months when the packaging is sealed. After opening, it is recommended to use it up within 24 hours to avoid moisture.
