Silane cross-linked low smoke halogen-free cable material for interior lines TGWJ3300-50
This product is mainly used in QC/T1037 high voltage line insulation and sheath layer. The product has the characteristics of low hardness, suitable for 25 square meters and above large specifications inside the high voltage line requirements, to meet the strict wiring installation requirements. The product uses silane crosslinking process, which has good extrusion fluidity and anti-pre-crosslinking performance. It can be crosslinked by natural placement for 3 to 5 days, and can also be quickly crosslinked by steam or boiling, which greatly reduces the post-process time after forming the line.

Application process reference
Recommended extruder body temperature: 110~130℃; Head temperature: 130℃~135℃, it is recommended to use a compression ratio of 1.4~1.8 low smoke halogen-free screw, the maximum melt temperature is recommended to be controlled within 180℃.
The product is packed with impervious aluminum foil polyethylene composite film bag, of which the A material is 25kg/ bag, the B material is 4kg/ bag, and the single pallet palletizing transport, the weight of each pallet is 1160kg.
The product is vacuum-packed, and stacking up and down is strictly prohibited during transportation and storage.
Should be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated environment, suitable for storage temperature 0℃ ~ 35℃.
It is valid for 6 months in suitable storage environment.
