Application process reference

It is recommended that the temperature of the extruder body be 135 to 165℃. Head temperature: 170℃ to 175℃. It is recommended to use low smoke zero halogen screws with a compression ratio of 1.4 to 1.6. The maximum melt temperature is suggested to be controlled within 185℃.

The product is packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil polyethylene composite film bags, 20kg per bag, and transported by single palletizing, with each palletizing weighing 1000kg.

It should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated environment. The suitable storage temperature is 0℃ to 35℃.

The product is vacuum-packed. It is strictly prohibited to stack it up and down during transportation and storage.

The validity period is 6 months under suitable storage conditions.
