This product is mainly applied to the sheath layer of photovoltaic cables in accordance with the EN50618 standard. It is used in conjunction with EN photovoltaic insulation to meet the light transmittance requirements. The product features excellent extrusion fluidity and is suitable for high-speed wire manufacturing, with a maximum wire processing speed of up to 300m/min.

Application process reference
It is recommended that the temperature of the extruder body be 135 to 165℃. Head temperature: 170℃ to 175℃. It is recommended to use low smoke zero halogen screws with a compression ratio of 1.4 to 1.6. The maximum melt temperature is suggested to be controlled within 185℃.
The product is packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil polyethylene composite film bags, 25kg per bag, and transported by single palletizing. The weight of each single pallet can be 1000kg or 1200kg.
It should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated environment. The suitable storage temperature is 0℃ to 35℃.
The product is vacuum-packed. It is strictly prohibited to stack it up and down during transportation and storage.
The validity period is 6 months under suitable storage conditions.
