Application process reference

It is recommended that the temperature of the extruder body be 125℃ to 140℃. Neck temperature: 140℃ - 150℃ Head temperature: 145℃ to 155℃. It is recommended to use a 20× 60-mesh double-layer filter screen.

Packaging and storage

1) Semiconductive shielding material A is vacuum-packed in aluminum foil bags, with each bag having A net weight of 20kg. Material B is also vacuum-packed in aluminum foil bags, with each bag having a net weight of 10kg. When in use, mix one bag of A and one bag of B evenly and then extrude.

2) It should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated environment, with an appropriate storage temperature ranging from 0℃ to 35℃.

3) The validity period is 6 months when the packaging is sealed. After opening, it is recommended that Component A be used within 24 hours, and the mixture of A and B should be used within 8 hours. Exceeding the recommended time limit may affect the quality of use due to pre-crosslinking.
