This product is mainly made of linear low-density polyethylene, with the addition of silane coupling agents, initiators, antioxidants and other additives, and is produced through mixing, plasticizing and granulation. And carbon black is added to modify cross-linked polyethylene to improve the weather resistance and tracking resistance of the product and meet customer requirements.

Warm water cross-linking | ≥90℃ | ≥4h |
Steam crosslinking | ≥90℃ | ≥6h |
Packaging and storage
The product is packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil/polyethylene composite film bags. Usually, the AB combination net weight is 25kg per unit and is transported by single-pallet palletizing. The net weight specifications of single-pallet palletizing are 1000kg, 1250kg and 1500kg.
It should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated environment, with an appropriate storage temperature ranging from 0℃ to 35℃.
The validity period is 6 months when the packaging is sealed. After opening, it is recommended that Component A be used within 24 hours, and the mixture of A and B should be used within 8 hours. Exceeding the recommended time limit may affect the quality of use due to pre-crosslinking.
