This product is mainly applied to the insulation layer and sheath layer of energy storage battery connection wires. The product has good flexibility and is more suitable for the actual installation environment of cables. The product adopts the silane cross-linking process, featuring excellent extrusion fluidity and resistance to pre-cross-linking. Cross-linking can be achieved through natural placement for 3 to 5 days, or it can be quickly cross-linked by steam or water boiling, significantly reducing the time for subsequent processes after the line is formed.

Application process reference

It is recommended that the temperature of the extruder body be 100 to 125℃. Head temperature: 130℃ to 135℃. It is recommended to use a low smoke zero halogen screw with a compression ratio of 1.2 to 1.5. The maximum melt temperature is suggested to be controlled within 180℃.

Packaging and storage

The product is packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil polyethylene composite film bags. Among them, material A is 25kg per bag and material B is 4kg per bag. It is transported by single-palletizing, with each palletizing weighing 1160kg.

The product is vacuum-packed. It is strictly prohibited to stack it up and down during transportation and storage.

It should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated environment. The suitable storage temperature is 0℃ to 35℃.

The validity period is 6 months under suitable storage conditions.
