This product is mainly applied to the insulation layer of UL4703 standard photovoltaic cables. The product meets the UL aging test at 121℃×168h and features high insulation resistance and low capacitance change rate. The product adopts the silane cross-linking process, featuring excellent extrusion fluidity and resistance to pre-cross-linking. Cross-linking can be achieved through natural placement for 3 to 5 days, or it can be quickly cross-linked by steam or water boiling, significantly reducing the time for subsequent processes after the line is formed.

Application process reference
It is recommended that the temperature of the extruder body be 135 to 175℃. Head temperature: 184℃ to 190℃. It is recommended to use a polyethylene-specific screw with a compression ratio of 2.8 to 3.2. The maximum melt temperature is suggested to be controlled within 210℃.
Packaging and storage
The product is packed in moisture-proof aluminum foil polyethylene composite film bags. The weight of material A is 23.75kg per bag and that of material B is 1.25kg per bag. It is transported by single-pallet stacking, with the weight of a single pallet being 1000kg or 1250kg.
The product is vacuum-packed. It is strictly prohibited to stack it up and down during transportation and storage.
It should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated environment. The suitable storage temperature is 0℃ to 35℃.
The validity period is 6 months under suitable storage conditions.
