Application process reference

It is recommended that the temperature of the extruder body be between 160℃ and 200℃. Neck temperature: 200℃ Head temperature: 210℃ to 215℃.

Packaging and storage

1.1 The product is packaged in moisture-proof aluminum foil/polyethylene composite film bags. Usually, a net weight of 25kg is packed into one usage unit and transported by single-pallet palletizing. The net weight specifications of single-pallet palletizing include 1000kg, 1250kg, and 1500kg.

It should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated environment, with an appropriate storage temperature ranging from 0℃ to 35℃.

3. The validity period is 6 months when the package is sealed. It is recommended to use it within 24 hours after opening. Beyond the recommended time limit, the quality of use may be affected due to pre-cross-linking.
