Basic requirements of the position

Age: 30-45 years old

Education: Bachelor's degree or above

Majors: Management, Economics, Business Administration, etc

Job Responsibilities:

More than 5 years of management and operation experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

2. Assist the general manager in formulating strategic plans, annual business plans and the breakdown of work goals at each stage;

3. Assist the leader in the overall management of technical development and implementation personnel to ensure efficient operation;

4. Assist the leader in project management and coordinate the project process relationship;

5. Assist the general manager in production management, including the formulation of production plans, resource allocation, and production progress control, etc.

6. Track quality issues during the production process, assist the general manager in solving and improving the production process;

7. Organize and coordinate the operations of each company and assist in management with various functional departments;
