Job Responsibilities:
Have more than 2 years of sales management experience. Those with successful sales performance and team management experience will be given priority.
2. Develop and implement sales plans: Based on the company's overall sales targets, develop sales plans and ensure their implementation, including market research, competitor analysis, product positioning, etc.
3. Maintenance and development of customer relationships: Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, including communication, understanding of needs, problem-solving, etc., to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;
4. Management of the sales team: Responsible for recruiting, training, guiding, evaluating and motivating sales team members to ensure that team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets;
5. Market research and competitive analysis: Conduct market research to understand market trends and the situation of competitors, analyze the competitive landscape, and formulate response strategies;
6. Sales data analysis and decision support: Analyze and track sales data such as sales volume, sales channels, and customer satisfaction, identify problems and opportunities, and propose improvement suggestions to provide support for the company's sales decisions.
7. Financial Management: Monitor accounts receivable and collection situations, formulate sales budgets and expense plans, and monitor actual expenditures to ensure the safety of the company's funds.
8. Communication and Coordination: Maintain good communication with all departments to ensure a smooth sales process and reconcile the conflicts between customer demands and company policies.
9. Regular Reports: Regularly report sales performance and team situation to superiors, and put forward improvement suggestions;
