Major: Chemical engineering or applied chemistry, materials science and related majors (organic/inorganic polymer major or plastic major preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Have more than 3 years of experience in the research and development management of polymer materials, be familiar with production equipment and testing equipment, and apply them in practical work.

2. Be familiar with the testing standards and methods for the physical properties of various materials and be able to operate the equipment for testing.

3. Participate in the formulation and implementation of the company's annual R&D plan, and assist the department manager in completing the department's R&D work plan, implementation and inspection and acceptance.

4. Complete the writing of product-related design documents, regularly search and organize literature and market information related to the project, and form reports.

5. Be responsible for the research and development, process optimization, performance improvement and product certification of the series of products in the R&D project;

6. Be responsible for the compilation and application of intellectual property achievements of R&D projects:

7. Be responsible for the collection, recording and cost accounting of expenses during the R&D process;

8. Be responsible for drafting operation instructions, operating procedures, quality standards, process standards, technical specifications and other documents during the industrialization process of R&D projects, and provide technical support to other departments.

9. Be responsible for the operation, recording and collection of system documents during the planning and implementation of R&D projects.

10. Assist the staff of this department in the planning and implementation of other R&D projects;
