Basic requirements of the position

Age: 30-45 years old

Education: Bachelor's degree or above

Major: Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, etc

Job Responsibilities:

More than 3 years of production management experience and on-site 6S management experience;

2. Arrange daily production tasks, strictly adhere to production standards and process standards in accordance with production plan instructions, and simultaneously conduct production quality control to ensure production quality.

3. Be responsible for organizing and arranging production work as planned to ensure the production progress.

4. Supervise and inspect the work of workshop employees, issue warnings and correct any violations.

5. Participate in the analysis of product quality issues, formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures;

6. Supervise and inspect self-inspection and mutual inspection during the production process to prevent substandard products from flowing into the next process.

7. Take the lead in the management of production personnel and production processes, maintain coordination and cooperation as well as information communication with other functional departments, and ensure the timely and accurate exchange of information at all links of the company.
