Iii. Job Responsibilities:

1. Candidates with over 5 years of experience in wire and cable or similar industry system management are preferred.

2. Be responsible for the establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with the ISO9001-2015T system standard, be familiar with the IATF16949 system, and have quality management work experience.

2. Formulate and implement quality management plans, monitor and evaluate the operational effectiveness of the quality management system.

3. Organize and participate in internal quality audits, track and improve quality issues to ensure that product quality meets requirements.

4. Be responsible for the compilation, revision and management of quality documents to ensure the accuracy and completeness of quality records;

5. Participate in internal quality audits, be responsible for formulating and implementing corrective and preventive measures for non-conformities in each department, and be in charge of managing the technical data documents (including those provided by customers) and quality records of this department.

6. Be responsible for solving technical problems in the production process; Guidance and resolution of key and difficult issues;
