Recruitment Position: Administrative Assistant

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Comprehensive affairs management

Formulate, improve, implement and supervise the company's various rules and regulations to ensure the orderly development of administrative work.

Draft, review, release and file various company documents to ensure the standardization of document management.

Organize and arrange various company meetings, write meeting minutes, and follow up on the implementation of meeting resolutions.

2. Administrative and logistical support

Be responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's office environment, including the cleanliness, safety of the office area, and the normal operation of equipment and facilities.

Manage the distribution of benefits for company employees, including festival gifts, birthday benefits, etc.

3. Human resource assistance

Assist the human resources department in handling procedures such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Participate in the company's human resource work such as training and performance management, and provide necessary administrative support.

4. Activity organization and corporate culture construction

Ii. Job Requirements

1. Educational background

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in administrative management, human resource management, business management or related fields is preferred.

2. Work experience
